Our daughter Callaway requires specialized formula every single day to stay alive!! While our insurance covers a portion of the formula, it does not cover all of it and each month we must get on the phone with our insurance company and DME to work out and examine the costs. It would be a tremendous relief to take this off our plates and allow us more time to focus on helping Callaway grow and thrive and develop. She is the light of our lives and needs her medical food to keep her going.
